Nursing Supervisor

The position offers the opportunity to lead operations of a busy community hospital. Must be skilled in communication and relationship management, and have knowledge of the healthcare environment. Must be able to lead and direct, gain the trust and respect of others, and promote teamwork. This position reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Status: Part-time, One-12 hour night shift per week.

Qualities: The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, flexibility and demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team member.

Requirements: RN with 5 years of hospital experience, BSN preferred. AVADE, ACLS, BLS & NRP (will train) certifications required. Current Maine RN license required.

The pay range for this position is $40.17 to $65.42 per hour, based on relevant education, qualifications, and experience
