Nursing Trainer / Educator

We are looking for an experienced nurse educator to design and deliver online learning programs for clinical teams supporting a US-based organization. You will help new and tenured nurses build skills and confidence through engaging virtual training, and you will work closely with US-based education colleagues to keep content current and effective.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, build, and deliver virtual training for nursing staff, including onboarding, specialty clinical skills (such as cardiac rhythm interpretation), new graduate transition, and mentor development
- Create interactive digital learning content using online learning platforms and tools
- Apply adult learning principles and sound teaching methods to design programs for different experience levels
- Work with US-based education specialists to share best practices and refine learning plans
- Assess nurse competency and keep training aligned with regulatory and organizational standards
- Track program results, analyze learner data, and report on outcomes and improvement opportunities
About you
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active Philippine RN license
- At least 5 years of combined experience, including 3+ years of clinical practice in a relevant specialty and 2+ years in leadership, training, or professional development project work
- Experience designing or facilitating online or blended learning
- Familiarity with US healthcare practices and the ability to work with US-based teams
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with virtual platforms and learning technology
