Job Summary

You will perform daily kitchen cleaning and food preparation, assist teachers during cookery and theory lessons, and support weekly kitchen maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen areas daily to maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Prepare food items as directed to support cookery lessons
• Assist teachers during cookery and Nutrition & Food Science (NFS) theory lessons to facilitate smooth class operations
• Clean cookers, ovens, sinks, and wipe shelves weekly to ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality
• Remove unwanted or spoiled food from fridges and organize shelves weekly to maintain food safety
• Support stock-taking activities to help manage kitchen inventory accurately
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or Teacher-In-Charge to support kitchen and lesson needs
