About the Role
This isn’t your typical nutrition coaching job. As our Nutrition Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between science and implementation—helping high-performing individuals make meaningful, lasting changes despite demanding schedules.
Your role is to remove friction, ensuring patients don’t just understand the plan but actually integrate it into their lives. You'll combine deep nutritional expertise with behavioral psychology to craft personalized strategies that drive results. You’ll analyze glucose data, body composition metrics, and biomarkers, pinpointing the barriers that hold patients back—whether physiological, psychological, or practical. Then, you’ll build solutions that make adherence feel effortless.
- Develop Precision Nutrition Plans – Apply metabolic science to create highly tailored nutrition protocols that optimize glucose, balance caloric intake, and support lean muscle retention.
- Translate Data into Actionable Strategies – Use CGMs, body composition metrics (ALMI, VAT), and biomarkers to build customized recommendations that fit seamlessly into patients' routines.
- Coach for Real-World Success – Understand individual barriers, build trust, and help patients implement strategies that work—even in high-pressure environments like travel or intense work phases.
- Integrate Sleep & Stress Optimization – Ensure patients are set up for success by addressing stress and sleep alongside their nutrition.
- Create Efficient Systems – Design meal planning, tracking, and adherence strategies that fit into busy schedules while delivering real results.
- Collaborate with Physicians & Specialists – Work alongside top medical professionals to ensure a fully integrated approach to metabolic health.
- Continuously Refine & Improve – Monitor patient progress, refine approaches based on outcomes, and contribute insights to optimize our methodologies.
