Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to leader when the Store Manager’s away
- Ensure our guests receive exceptional service
- Keep the team motivated with daily to-do’s and high spirits
- Tackle any challenges with customers, teammates, or vendors with a smile
- Oversee inventory, special orders, and closing duties as needed
- Keep the Store Manager updated on all the good stuff
- Jump in wherever needed to make the day smooth
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.
