NY Unarmed Guard (Bronx, NY)

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to work in a school environment in the Bronx. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with students, staff, and families and be able to maintain a professional and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure school environment.
• Greet and assist students, staff, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with students and staff in English and Spanish.
• Monitor entrances, exits, hallways, and common areas.
• Follow all school safety policies and procedures.
• Report any safety concerns, incidents, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with student arrival, dismissal, and daily activities as needed.
• Help maintain order and professionalism throughout the school.
• Respond to questions and provide basic assistance to students, staff, and visitors.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately.
• Work cooperatively with school staff and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
