- BA/B.Sc./HND qualification.
- Applicants must have been deployed or be scheduled for deployment under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme in Nigeria.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer support and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
