O&M Project Manager- Onsite (US Citizens Eligible to Obtain Clearance)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Project Manager to support DHS/FPS facility operations, maintenance, repair, and project activities.
The O&M Project Manager will coordinate facility-related requirements, oversee project execution, monitor contractor performance, and support the Government in maintaining safe, functional, and effective facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage facility operations, maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor contractor performance, schedules, deliverables, and quality.
- Support facility inspections and identification of maintenance or repair requirements.
- Coordinate building systems, infrastructure, repairs, and facility improvement activities.
- Develop project schedules, cost estimates, status reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify facility risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with FPS personnel, facility managers, contractors, vendors, and Government stakeholders.
- Support renovation, reconfiguration, build-out, and facility improvement projects.
- Review technical documentation and contractor deliverables.
- Support project closeout, documentation, and acceptance activities.
- Provide recommendations regarding facility condition, maintenance priorities, and project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Active PMP certification — mandatory.
- Active FAC-P/PM Level II within the last five years, or equivalent — mandatory.
- Experience with facilities operations, maintenance, construction, renovation, repair, or facility project management.
- Strong contractor management, scheduling, cost, risk, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Location / Work Arrangement
Northern Virginia — Springfield, VA / Alexandria, VA.
