Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an OB/GYN physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Bushwick Communicare, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice. The Center emphasizes primary and preventive care, working to help identify and achieve health goals. Gotham Health, Bushwick Communicare is located in a dynamic and vibrant area of Brooklyn, within the vicinity of the Barclay center, Atlantic, Museums, BAM, Parks and very easy access to Manhattan!
