OUR NEWEST ADDITION TO QUALITY HOSPITALITY – THE HOTEL OBERLIN – CURIO COLLECTION
We are seeking a General Manager for immediate employment for our new Hotel Oberlin located in the Village District in Raleigh, NC. The hotel is scheduled to open in November 2025. A successful candidate will have 10 years of experience managing high-end full-service hotels. The Hotel Oberlin is in the Curio Collection by Hilton. Curio experience is preferred but not a requirement.
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel. This position will manage all aspects of the hotel including the 3rd party F&B operation of the rooftop restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the daily operations of each department within the hotel and will establish and maintain a positive employee climate to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements
- 10+ years of supervisory and hospitality management experience are required
- 3+ years of experience with high-end, luxury, boutique and/or full-service food & beverage properties
- Demonstrated experience with Hilton hotel systems and programs is preferred
- High-energy with a strong customer-service orientation
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan, organize and lead the activities of others
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and Department of Motor Vehicles Report
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the required criteria for driving a company vehicle
