OBRA MDS Nurse (RN or LPN) – Full Time

Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, a 118 bed skilled nursing facility located in Natick, MA, is looking for an OBRA MDS Nurse to join our team. Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities and Standards

• Complete assigned OBRA MDS for LTC residents
• Manage MDS OBRA schedule
• Educate the staff as needed to ensure understanding and follow through of necessary assessments and documentation needs.
• Assist in ensuring completion of MDS’s in a timely manner.
• Communicate concerns regarding care to the Unit Managers and work together to determine needs.
• Schedule Care Plan Meetings and communicate with patients/residents’ families and Interdisciplinary Team members regarding schedule.
• Record transmissions and audit for correctness. Correct errors and re-transmit when indicated.
• Other duties as assigned.
