Roche is seeking an Observability DevOps Engineer to optimize and automate deployment and management of platform and cloud-based services. You will drive cost-effectiveness, scalability and security across the product lifecycle, collaborating with a global team to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive site reliability engineering.
You will implement robust monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines, while embedding security practices and mentoring engineers across time zones.
