Required Skills:
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) with Event and Alert Management platforms such as ServiceNow and PagerDuty
- Strong scripting skills and familiarity with alert management processes
- Ability to analyze event and alert data for pattern recognition, trend analysis, and insights generation
- Proficiency with Office applications for reporting and documentation
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and documenting processes effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in configuring and maintaining enterprise alert systems
- Knowledge of incident management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
Other Requirements:
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EVM solutions with organizational goals
- Capable of producing comprehensive technical documentation, including job aids and governance materials
