Observability Engineer

We are supporting our Client from the banking industry in finding an Observability Engineer to join a small, specialized Telemetry team. The team builds and maintains observability platforms and data flows within the Technology Services unit, enabling end users to access high‑quality Grafana and PowerBI dashboards.

Locations: Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warsaw

Hybrid - 2 days/week onside

Contract: until 31 December 2027 - potential extension

Rate: 140 pln/h

Language: English B2

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in team planning, propose improvements, and bring new ideas

• Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders across the organization

• Implement observability components and resolve technical issues in your area

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and data flows

Required Skills:

• Proficient in core observability pillars: metrics, logs, and traces

• Data visualization

• Prometheus, InfluxDB, AppDynamics

• IaC

• Grafana/ Grafana Alerting

• Git/Bitbucket

• JSON

• Scripting skills (Bash / Python)

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Background in application development or engineering

• AppDynamics
