- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

- Stay current with advancements in hand therapy and occupational therapy practices

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the relevant state

- Experience or interest in hand therapy preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning

- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification is not required but is a significant plus
