OHS and Human Resources Technician (M/F/X) If you have experience in OHS, recruitment, and administrative management, and you are motivated to work in a dynamic environment with direct contact with workplaces, this opportunity could be for you. You will play a key role in the development of the company's preventive activities, while also collaborating on projects linked to the People area. 🌟 What do we offer? ✅ Permanent contract. ✅ Salary of €21,000 gross per year. ✅ Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 h and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 h. ✅ Joining a consolidated company with a stable project. ✅ Continuous training and professional development. ✅ Excellent working environment and growth possibilities. 🔎 Your mission To guarantee the correct management of occupational risk prevention, documentary coordination, and compliance with preventive procedures across the different workplaces. 📋 What will you do? 🔹 Participate in the planning and monitoring of preventive activities. 🔹 Manage documentation related to OHS and the coordination of business activities (CAE). 🔹 Carry out visits to workplaces. 🔹 Coordinate training actions regarding health and safety. 🔹 Provide administrative support to the People area. 🔹 Participate in continuous improvement and organizational development projects. 🧩 What are we looking for? ✔ University degree in OHS, Labor Relations, or similar. ✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Risk Prevention. ✔ Knowledge of document management and preventive coordination. ✔ An organized, proactive profile oriented towards people. ✔ Ability to work autonomously and coordinate different activities. 📩 We want to meet you!
