About the Role
The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) is responsible for providing workplace health services, emergency medical support, and occupational health programs within a corporate environment. The role focuses on promoting employee health, safety, and wellbeing while ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care for employees.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health conditions.
- Maintain employee medical records and clinic documentation.
- Assist in workplace health promotion and wellness programs.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers.
- Monitor workplace incidents and prepare necessary reports.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and medical supply management.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
- With BOSH Certification.
- With active BLS and ACLS Certifications.
- Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse, Company Nurse, Clinic Nurse, or similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (Shifting)
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
