Occupational Health Physician

We are looking for a licensed and qualified Occupational Health Physician to provide medical care, promote employee wellness, and support workplace health and safety initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting medical assessments, managing employee health concerns, and ensuring the delivery of appropriate medical services in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medical assessments and evaluate employees' fitness for work.
• Provide medical consultations, initial treatment, and management of common illnesses and workplace injuries.
• Deliver first aid and emergency medical care when necessary.
• Monitor employee health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Support the implementation of workplace health and wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and prepare medical reports.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and relevant departments regarding employee health concerns.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable health regulations.

Qualification

• Must be a licensed physician in the Philippines.
• Must have valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is an advantage.
• Good communication, clinical assessment, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle medical records professionally.
