As Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator, You Will…
Supervise and mentor staff to complete assigned projects, overall budget, schedules, and performance standards.
Establish systems for monitoring workplace safety risks and environmental impacts by analyzing work processes, materials, equipment, and the work habits of employees.
Ensure policies meet compliance and legal requirements.
Manage the telework inspections.
Ensure intervention in the occupational, health, and safety management system.
Monitor physiotherapy interns and absenteeism cases.
Monitor occupational, health, and safety management system indicators.
Organize and develop training programs to meet specific training needs.
Be responsible for writing the accomplishment reports.
As Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator, You Need…
A post-secondary degree or equivalent (preferred).
Legal knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
2-3 years of relevant experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
Previous experience in administrative or healthcare environments.
Experience handling large-scale operations (optional).
Previous experience in a leadership position.
The ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to complete work on time.
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (English B2).
