Work Schedule:
M-F 8 AM - 5 PM with a 1 hour lunch

Provider will be required to float:

Mon 06/29 Aurora

Tues 6/30 Aurora

Wed 7/1 Englewood

Wed 7/1 Denver

Fri 7/3 Englewood



Patient Volume:
Ability to see up to 18 patients per day *Average

Patient Mix: Scheduled and Walk-In Patients (All Ages, mainly 18+)
Procedures:
Clinical Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy and Advanced Specialist Services

  • Ability to evaluate and treat the following conditions:
    • Common occupational musculoskeletal injuries of the neck, back, and upper and lower extremities.
    • Work-related injuries to the head with or without loss of consciousness, assuming the individual is currently conscious and alert.
    • Work-related injuries to the chest or abdomen, with the possibility of hernias.
    • Work-related lacerations of the face, scalp, and extremities.
    • Work-related eye injuries, including foreign bodies to the eye, non-penetrating eye injuries, and chemical exposures.
    • Work-related rashes and other occupational skin conditions.
    • Occupational asthma and other work-related respiratory symptoms.
    • Treatment of non-displaced uncomplicated fractures, including interpreting radiographs, splinting, and orthopedic referral when appropriate.




EMR:
Systoc
License Needed:
Active CO license or IMLC
Certifications Needed:
  • Unencumbered CO Medical License
  • Active DEA License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • FMCSA certified for DOT exams

Board Certified (or eligible) in primary specialty: Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Orthopedics,
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:
Must be able to work as a solo provider
Must be tech savvy
Must be able to treat all Occ. Med related cases

WILL NOT TAKE AN NP PA for this position
