  • Providing advice on assistive technology, equipment and home modifications.
  • Supporting participants with neurological conditions, sensory processing needs and other functional challenges.
  • Working collaboratively with families, support networks and other allied health professionals.
  • Delivering therapy across clinic, home and community settings, depending on participant needs.

  • Competitive remuneration with annual salary reviews.
  • Flexible working arrangements and remote work options.
  • Personalised professional development budget of up to $2,500 per year.
  • Funding for external courses and professional events.
  • Paid parental leave.

  • Relocation support may be available.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in community-based or NDIS occupational therapy (new graduates with relevant experience and a strong interest in this area may also be considered).
  • Strong assessment, report-writing and clinical reasoning skills.
  • A person-centred approach and the ability to build positive relationships with participants and their support networks.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to participant locations, where required.
