At BrightStar Care of Austin, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients right in their own homes.

**Responsibilities**

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence in daily living activities
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

**Qualifications**

Current, valid Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license — *required*
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred; home health experience a plus
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
