Occupational Therapist (FT)

Accommodate, Restore & Collaborate, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist at Meadowbrook Nursing & Rehabilitation in Bolingbrook, IL. The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Performing evaluations/plans of care and providing treatment accordingly.
• Appropriately and effectively completing documentation.
• Screening residents and individuals who may benefit from therapy.
• Communicating patient status and needs to the patients, family, caregivers, or other members involved with patient care.
• Directing and supervising the work of assistants as applicable.
• Expanding and enhancing self, in both clinical and professional knowledge through associations and continuing education.
• Providing in-service training sessions or other educational presentations to members of the interdisciplinary team as needed.
• Supporting and participating in department operations/meetings.
