Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist

Location: Pine Run Village | Doylestown, PA

Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Occupational Therapists to join our team at Pine Run Village in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

• Provide skilled treatment based on each resident's needs, routines, and personal goals

• Help residents improve or maintain independence with dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, meals, and other daily activities

• Recommend adaptive equipment, strategies, and environmental modifications when appropriate

• Support residents in staying as independent and engaged in their daily routines as possible

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team

• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems

• Be part of a positive, supportive, and team-focused therapy environment

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing

• A genuine interest in working with older adults

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
