What makes our Graduate Program different?

Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.

We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.

You'll also have:

  • Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first four months then fortnightly
  • Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
  • A dedicated buddy throughout the entire program
  • Quarterly professional development to keep your learning moving forward
  • Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates
  • Plenty of regular opportunities to observe clinicians across multiple disciplines
  • Access to a MedHealth Academy for endless learning opportunities and PD
