• Evaluate patient needs in collaboration with physicians, care teams and families to design personalized care plans that support recovery.
• Deliver targeted therapeutic care and maintain clear documentation to guide patients steadily toward their goals.
• Empower patients, families and caregivers by teaching practical rehabilitation techniques tailored to their specific diagnosis.
• Coordinate daily caseloads with therapy and medical staff to prioritize patient care needs and ensure seamless handoffs.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
