At Milestone Therapy, we’re hiring a Lead Occupational Therapist to mentor clinicians and raise the standard of care across school, clinic, hospital, and home settings. You’ll stay hands-on with kids while helping shape how our OT team grows!

• Mentor and develop OTs and OTAs across multiple service lines
• Serve as a clinical expert by problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
• Deliver direct pediatric occupational therapy services across different environments
• Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development
• Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion, and a good sense of humor

• Deal with payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action!
• (That's for the Managers to deal with!)
• You get to just be an amazing therapeutic support to your teammates!

• Active Illinois and/or Indiana Occupational Therapy License
• 2 years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings
• Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication
• A passion for helping clinicians grow and helping kids thrive
