Occupational Therapist – Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and independent Occupational Therapist to join our established outpatient neurology clinic. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice within a specialized neurology setting while collaborating closely with neurologists and a talented team of occupational and physical therapists across our five clinic locations.

This position is 32–40 hours per week, with time split between our Golden Valley and Coon Rapids locations. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to include a generous CE allowance, paid time off, 401(K) with employer match, health insurance, dental insurance, and more.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide individualized OT services based on physician referrals.
• Primary caseload includes cognitive deficits and dementia. Additional diagnoses include concussion/brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Minnesota.
• Minimum of two years of experience practicing as an occupational therapist in an outpatient setting with a focus on neurological conditions.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for providing patient-centered, high-quality care.
