Namy Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. We're looking for a clinician who enjoys developing individualized treatment plans, encouraging patient progress, and making a meaningful difference through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Compensation

• $52-$55 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll evaluate patients, identify functional limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans that support greater independence and improved quality of life. You'll work closely with patients throughout their rehabilitation while collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that improve daily living skills, coordination, mobility, and overall function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative outpatient setting.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
