PRN Occupational Therapists

Location: Laurel View Village | Davidsville, PA

Benchmark Therapies is looking for PRN Occupational Therapists to join our team at Laurel View Village, a senior living community in Davidsville, Pennsylvania.

This could be a great fit for an OT who enjoys working with older adults and wants the flexibility of PRN work while still being part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team.

What You’ll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Help residents improve or maintain independence with daily activities, self-care, mobility, safety, and functional skills
• Support residents in continuing to participate in the routines and activities that are important to them
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Use your clinical judgment to provide thoughtful, individualized care
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Be part of a supportive, team-focused therapy department

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care

PRN at Benchmark

• Flexible scheduling
• No regular monthly coverage requirement
• Work at least once every six months to remain active
