Occupational Therapist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered rehabilitation services in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for a registered Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain independence, improve functional abilities, and achieve meaningful progress in their recovery.

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals, this individual will play an important role in helping patients overcome limitations caused by injury, illness, or disability.

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Occupational Therapist credential
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation principles
• Ability to assess patients' functional limitations and develop individualized treatment strategies
• Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Rehabilitation or Acute Care experience
• Experience providing occupational therapy services within a hospital or multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment
• Strong knowledge of functional mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), and adaptive techniques
• Experience developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs
• Ability to manage multiple patient needs while maintaining high standards of clinical care

Compensation

$94,000 – $114,000 annually

Compensation within the listed range will be determined based on the candidate's occupational therapy experience, additional clinical expertise, rehabilitation or acute-care background, specialized qualifications, and overall alignment with the position.
