Benchmark Therapies is looking for Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our team at Laurel View Village, a senior living community in Davidsville, Pennsylvania.

This could be a great fit for a COTA who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive therapy team where relationships and individualized care really matter.

At Benchmark, we believe therapy should feel personal. Our clinicians are trusted to use their judgment, get to know the residents they serve, and focus on helping each person stay as independent and engaged as possible.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Help residents improve or maintain independence with daily activities, self-care, mobility, safety, and functional skills
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs and goals
  • Support residents in staying involved in the routines and activities that are important to them
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
  • Communicate progress, concerns, and changes in condition with the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
  • Be part of a positive, supportive therapy department

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
  • A genuine interest in working with older adults
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care

Benefits & Flexibility

Benefits vary based on employment status and may include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees
  • Accident, disability, critical illness, and life insurance options for eligible full-time employees
  • Paid holidays for eligible full-time and part-time employees
  • Paid time off with full annual rollover and no rollover cap for eligible full-time and part-time employees
  • 401(k) eligibility
  • Free continuing education through CEU360
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Support from accessible clinical leadership and an experienced therapy team

PRN at Benchmark

Our PRN team members enjoy flexible scheduling with no regular monthly coverage requirement. We simply ask that PRN clinicians work at least once every six months to remain active.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time position, part-time hours, or the flexibility of PRN work, we’d be happy to tell you more about the opportunity and the team at Laurel View Village.
