Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-TIme

Premier Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents strengthen everyday function and confidence for safer, more independent living. In this onsite role, you’ll collaborate closely with the supervising OT to deliver evidence-based treatment and support clear, measurable progress.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing occupational therapy interventions and therapeutic activities
- Assisting with evaluations, goal-setting, and progress tracking
- Implementing individualized treatment plans and updating them as needed
- Communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team and families
- Completing accurate, timely documentation in rehabilitation software

Required qualifications/skills:
- Active Pennsylvania COTA license
- Knowledge of OT assessments and interventions
- Experience with geriatric and/or long-term care populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using rehab documentation platforms
