Ocean Freight Customer Service

· Ensure efficient and smooth operation of Ocean & Trucking shipments.

· Ensure accurate and correct permits are declared for all shipment.

· Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.

· Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.

· Update shipments arrival and timely delivery/POD arrangement.

· Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.

· Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.

· Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.

· Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors’ performance .

· Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.

· Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.

· Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
