Odoo ERP Specialist (Remote / Work From Home)

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month

About the Role

ThinkBIT Solutions Phils Inc. is looking for a skilled Odoo ERP Specialist to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Odoo ERP platform. The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions, troubleshoot system issues, improve workflows, and help ensure the platform supports our operational needs.

This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity for someone with hands-on Odoo experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Odoo modules based on business requirements.

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through ERP automation and workflow optimization.

• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.

• Customize Odoo workflows, forms, reports, access rights, and automated actions as needed.

• Support data imports, migrations, validation, and database accuracy.

• Conduct system testing and assist with Odoo upgrades, enhancements, and deployment activities.

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

• Prepare technical documentation, process guides, and user instructions.

• Provide user guidance and troubleshoot end-user concerns.

• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security permissions.

• Provide regular progress updates and document completed tasks, outstanding issues, and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience administering or supporting Odoo ERP

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business operations

• Experience working with some or all of the following modules:

1. CRM

2. Sales

3. Purchasing

4. Inventory

5. Manufacturing

6. Accounting

7. Projects

8. Strong written and verbal English communication
