Odoo Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, with strong hands-on exposure to configuring/customizing modules (including Odoo Studio) and deploying Odoo in real business settings. (3+ years preferred)
- Solid technical skills: good understanding of Python, XML, JavaScript; experience with PostgreSQL; familiarity with Linux or related deployment environments.
- Experience in ERP, Odoo, Business Analysis, or Consulting is an advantage
- Knowledge of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, or Project Management
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Able to understand client requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Detail-oriented, client-focused, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with clients and internal project teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Odoo certification(s).
- Prior experience in other ERP systems or in comparable end-to-end system implementations.
- Experience with other ERP systems
- Odoo Certification
- Familiarity with Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Project, or Website modules
- Experience with Odoo Studio, workflows, reports, or system configuration
- Experience in process documentation, UAT, training, and data migration
- Background in consulting, implementation, or client-facing project work
