Odoo-Functional IT Specialist/Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements via workshops and client meetings; document process flows and gap analyses.

• Configure Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, Project Management).

• Translate functional requirements into technical specs and coordinate with developers on customizations and integrations.

• Prepare test cases, support UAT, and resolve functional issues.

• Conduct user training, create manuals, and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Implementer.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of core Odoo modules.

• Solid understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.

• Excellent client-facing, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business, IS, CS, or related field.

Preferred:

Odoo certification, experience with Community & Enterprise editions, basic Python/XML/SQL knowledge, data migration experience, Agile/Scrum familiarity.
