Odoo Project Manager

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from project kickoff to Go-Live.
- Gather and analyze client requirements and business processes.
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prepare project documentation, functional specifications, and business process workflows.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitor project progress.
- Support client training, implementation, and post-Go-Live activities.
- Recommend workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and ERP best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of ERP implementation or digital transformation experience.
- Experience with one or more ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft
- Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho, ERPNext, Sage ERP, Acumatica, or QuickBooks Online.
- Experience managing multiple client projects is highly preferred.
