OFF DUTY 男裝設計師/設計助理 Menswear Designer / Design Assistant

Responsibility:
1.Report to Brand Director, work towards a strategy that focus on delivering a high standard of quality, attention to detail and design that fulfills the OFF DUTY brand DNA
2.Manage/Assist in the complete design process from conception through to production
3.Actively seek to improve brand image and awareness through design and creativity, offer recommendations and solutions to ideas as needed
4.Design and create collections that reflect OFF DUTY design ethos
5.Support production of collection by reviewing all prototypes, samples, and print to maintain a high standard of quality and detail
6.Maintain communication between all suppliers, agents and factories to ensure smooth and timely production
7.Understanding of global and market trends

工作內容
1.向品牌總監回報，專注於提高品牌品質及設計細節的策略
2.男裝服飾、配件，生活商品設計開發，打樣，生產管理
3.積極透過設計和創意來提高品牌形象和知名度，根據品牌需求提供創意建議和解決方案
4.能夠對品牌定位並進行市場區隔，針對品牌設計精神開發商品
5.商品打樣生產管理，透過細心審查樣品和印刷品，以保持高標準的品質和細節
6.維護各供應商，代理商，和工廠之間的溝通，確保生產即時順利
7.研究全球市場與流行趨勢
