Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Offer Manager based in the United States.

The Offer Manager will shape and manage a portfolio of cybersecurity services spanning managed detection and response (MDR), offensive security, and professional services. This role combines offer strategy, commercial ownership, pricing, and performance management to ensure services remain competitive and profitable. You will define how offerings are packaged, priced, positioned, and delivered, while monitoring their performance throughout the product lifecycle. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Security, Engineering, and Marketing, you will turn market insights and business results into actionable portfolio improvements. This is an opportunity to influence commercial strategy and help scale security services in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Offer strategy and packaging: Define new service offerings, tiers, bundles, inclusions, exclusions, and add-ons. Maintain accurate service descriptions, SKUs, and scope boundaries, ensuring that each offer aligns with the capabilities of Security Operations and Engineering.

  • Revenue and margin management: Own revenue and margin performance across the service portfolio. Monitor key metrics such as attach rates, bookings, margins, and churn, and recommend adjustments to pricing, packaging, or scope when offers fall short of growth or profitability targets.

  • Pricing and commercial models: Develop and maintain pricing models, price books, and discount guidelines in collaboration with Finance. Assess service delivery costs, establish target margins, and review non-standard deal structures and pricing exceptions.

  • Launch and lifecycle management: Lead offer readiness through the launch stage of the Product Council lifecycle and remain accountable for offers after launch. Resolve pricing, scope, and delivery challenges in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Operations. Manage offer transitions, migrations, and end-of-life processes.

  • Sales and marketing enablement: Create sales resources such as offer guides, pricing sheets, competitive battlecards, FAQs, and statements of work (SOW) language. Collaborate with Marketing to develop clear positioning and messaging.

  • Market and competitive analysis: Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and packaging across MDR and managed security services. Gather feedback from Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success on customer needs and win/loss outcomes, then recommend portfolio improvements, new offerings, or retirements.

  • Leadership reporting: Present portfolio performance, commercial insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

  • Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in offer management, product marketing, product management, or pricing.

    • At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, managed security services, or B2B IT services.

    • Working knowledge of managed detection and response (MDR), Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR), security information and event management (SIEM), and offensive security services.

    • Demonstrated experience developing pricing models and conducting margin analysis.

    • Experience taking service or product offers from concept through launch while coordinating cross-functional teams.

    • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create sales collateral, service descriptions, and executive briefings.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    • Preferred qualifications:

      • Experience working for a managed security services provider (MSSP), MDR provider, or cybersecurity vendor.

      • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing.

      • Experience with channel, technology solutions distributor (TSD), or partner pricing programs.

      • Experience with Salesforce reporting.

      • Experience integrating offer portfolios following a merger or acquisition.

      • Pragmatic Institute certification or a comparable product or offer management qualification.

      • Benefits:

        • Flexible paid time off.

        • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.

        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.

        • Voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance.

        • Employee Assistance Program, including a mental health supplement.

        • Voluntary basic life, accidental death, and other supplemental insurance options.

        • Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution when enrolled in a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).

        • 10 paid holidays annually.
