Role Overview

We're looking for a deadline-driven Offers and Settlements Specialist to manage an active caseload — preparing, tracking, and advancing settlement offers with speed and accuracy. You'll be the key point of contact between clients, manufacturers, and internal teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of active matters, prioritizing across competing deadlines

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Law firm experience required
  • Confidence calculating, negotiating, and moving offers forward independently
  • Strong sense of urgency and deadline accountability
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
  • Sharp attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; case management system experience a plus
