Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration (50%)
- Provide front office support including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and vendor coordination
- Handle mail distribution, scanning, copying, and correspondence
- Support meeting logistics, conference room setup, and internal events
- Assist executives with scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
- Track subscriptions, memberships, and administrative expenses
Communications & Social Media (15%)
- Manage company social media platforms and content calendars
- Create and publish engaging posts, graphics, and promotional materials
- Assist with newsletters, internal communications, and announcements
- Update and maintain company website content and basic SEO
- Support digital tools such as QR codes and Linktree
Project & Event Support (15%)
- Assist with company projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate company events, retreats, and team-building activities
- Support customer outings, industry events, and registrations
- Manage promotional items, corporate gifts, and employee recognition efforts
- Collaborate with marketing partners and vendors
Additional Responsibilities (20%)
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, interruptions, and special projects
- Coordinate office improvements, maintenance, and renovations
- Support community engagement and corporate initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Experience with Canva (preferred) and video editing (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
