The Office Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the physical environment by translating vision into functional, compliant, and high-quality built spaces. This position is essential for guiding projects from initial concept through to final construction, ensuring that all design elements align with client needs, regulatory standards, and project constraints while maintaining rigorous oversight of quality and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Formulate architectural concepts and produce comprehensive plans, elevations, sections, and three-dimensional visualizations.
- Generate precise working drawings and construction documentation for implementation.
- Collaborate with structural and MEP engineering teams to integrate and coordinate all design systems.
- Perform regular site visits to oversee construction progress and verify adherence to quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and external consultants to facilitate clear communication.
- Verify that all design outputs strictly comply with local building codes and specific project mandates.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
- Proactively detect and solve technical challenges related to design or on-site construction.
- Organize and maintain accurate project records, drawings, and documentation files.
- Drive project execution to meet established timelines, budgetary limits, quality benchmarks, and scope objectives.
