Office Assistant - Fine Arts Development

THIS IS A WORK STUDY ONLY POSITION. The UNM College of Fine Arts (CFA) is the heart of art in New Mexico! The CFA consists of four academic departments (Art, Film Digital Arts, Music, Theatre Dance), academic programs [BAIA (Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts), ALBS (Arts Leadership + Business minor)], and ARTSLab, Tamarind Institute, and the UNM Art Museum. The UNM College of Fine Arts’ Development Officer is seeking to hire a work-study employee for approximately 5-hours/week to provides administrative support. Duties Responsibilities: Answer emails and respond to general inquiries on the program Create and disseminate informational materials Event planning Other administrative duties as needed
