The Role:
The Workplace & Office Coordinator ensures efficient day-to-day office operations while providing professional front desk and facilities support. This role supports vendor coordination, workplace services, and operational compliance.
Responsibilities:
Office & Workplace Operations
Serve as front desk contact for employees, guests, and vendors.
Support conference room management and workplace logistics.
Ensure office readiness and operational consistency.
Provide day-to-day workplace support and issue resolution.
Vendor & Building Coordination
Coordinate with building management and maintenance providers.
Track service requests and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor utilities, breakroom services, and operational supplies.
Compliance & Safety Execution
Implement global safety standards locally.
Support emergency preparedness drills and procedures.
Maintain documentation supporting local regulatory compliance.
Escalate facilities risks to APAC Facilities Manager.
Operational & Administrative Support
Assist with local invoice documentation and procurement workflows.
Support office events and employee engagement activities.
Maintain organized records of facilities and vendor activities.
Required Skills:
2 to 3 years of office or workplace operations experience.
Prior vendor management and event coordination experience.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree
