The Office Coordinator challenge in a few words:

The Office Coordinator reports to the Director of Europe Resource Centers in Engineering & Consulting in Poland and will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our administration department within the European location in Wrocław and Kraków, Poland. You will be responsible for office support services mainly for our Poland offices.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering office supplies, equipment, sustaining the operational supplies inventory
  • Coordinating external services providers: equipment service & repairs, cleaning services, facility administration, business travel agency
  • Looking after the car fleet (service, insurance)
  • Booking meetings, flights, hotels and taxi
  • Hosting visitors
  • Daily support for employees with administrative and office needs

The ideal candidate in a few words:

  • Graduate: Bachelor degree
  • Experienced: minimum work experience 1 year as an Office Administrator, Coordinator or equivalent; experience in an international environment is an asset
  • Skills: Office administration; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PPT); Sense of initiative, friendly and polite, well-organized.
  • Language: Fluency in Polish, B2 or higher in English
