OFFICE LEAD

You may be our next Office Lead!
Key tasks of the Office Lead:
- Train, mentor and supervise a small team across 2 offices.
- Be present and available for in-person meetings with staff and customers.
- Provide technical assistance to team members regarding agency, state and federal requirements.
- Provide Quality Assurance guidance and support related to data entry and operational procedures.
- Record data and store documentation in state and agency data systems.
- Monitor the needs of the office and request purchases as needed.
- Serve as a member of the Leadership Team and participate in leadership meetings.
- Serve as the liaison between the Office Team and Management.
- Assist with special projects and storage of information as needed.
- Aware of all Office Team roles and able to provide back-up supports when team members are absent.
What does the job look like?
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday day shifts
- Office hours 8am-4:30pm
- All work should take place in, or about, the office, including typical office noise, activity and light levels.
- Office space may be shared with at least one coworker.
- Regular travel to other community settings will be required.
- Exposure to weather conditions throughout all four seasons.
- Will need to transport laptop and other work-related materials.
