Weaver Group Insurance Agency is looking for a dependable, P& C Licensed, Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Caro office.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping a busy office organized, and helping a team stay focused and accountable. Our ideal candidate is professional, positive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with customer service and insurance-related tasks. Property & Casualty License required, Life & Health License preferred.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the Caro office
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to office staff
• Help establish priorities and ensure tasks and customer follow-ups are completed
• Monitor workflow, productivity, attendance, and office expectations
• Assist with training and development of team members
• Provide excellent service to current and prospective customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Assist customers with policy questions, payments, documents, policy changes, and other service needs
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance products
• Support new business and retention efforts
• Maintain accurate customer notes, documentation, and follow-up activities
• Help resolve customer concerns and more complex service situations
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment
• Communicate regularly with agency ownership regarding staffing, workflow, customer concerns, and office performance
• Step in wherever needed to help the office and team succeed
Requirements
A Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license is required, and a Michigan Life & Health liccense is strongly preferred. Insurance agency experience is also preferred.
