Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOffice Manager & Operations Lead: Join the Leadership Team of a Growing Home Services Company

Get in early. Help build what's next.
We're an established, family-owned home services company offering home service, repair, and retail, with decades of loyal customers and a strong local reputation. We're now positioned for growth and expansion, and we're looking for an Office Manager to help lead the way.

This isn't a "sit at the front desk" job. With dedicated additional office support handling routine administrative and bookkeeping tasks, you'll be free to focus on the bigger picture: running the office, owning our systems and processes, and partnering with our General Manager and Service Manager as part of the leadership team.

What You'll Own

  • Office leadership: Oversee daily office operations, set priorities, and direct the work of additional office support.
  • Financial oversight: Partner with accounting to manage the books in QuickBooks. Review AR, AP, invoicing, and financial statements. Keep AR under 10% of revenue.
  • CRM/Systems Expert: Become our in-house CRM and systems expert. Build work order types, streamline scheduling, and get the most out of the platforms utilized.
  • Customer escalations: Take ownership of complex customer issues and billing discrepancies and resolve them.
  • Commercial accounts: Manage customer payment portals and keep COIs and compliance documents current.
  • Walk-in customers: Help retail customers with order fulfillment and questions.
  • Business insight: Flag risks and opportunities that affect revenue and EBITDA goals to the GM.

What You Bring

  • Experience managing a high-volume office, ideally in home services or the trades
  • Hands-on experience with a home services CRM (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar)
  • QuickBooks experience and a solid grasp of AR and AP
  • Exceptional organization. This is a must.
  • Ability to manage a busy phone line, a full inbox, and CRM activity all at once
  • An ownership mindset: you see a problem, solve it, and improve the process
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and a real team-player attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Outlook, and Gmail
  • Experience leveraging AI to streamline activities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Why Join Us

  • A seat at the leadership table and a real voice in how the company grows
  • The chance to shape systems and processes during an expansion phase
  • Room to grow your role as the company grows
  • The stability of a long-established business with a forward-looking, growth-minded team
  • Competitive pay, annual bonus based on personal and company performance & benefits
