Office Manager-CBHC

We are currently seeking an Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Outpatient Services programs.

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate intake processes and scheduling, verifying insurance and demographic information
- Maintain accurate records, filing, and documentation in EHR systems
- Serve as liaison between clinic, billing staff, and site coordinators
- Greet visitors, direct calls, and support a welcoming office environment
- Supervise administrative staff and document supervision per CARF guidelines
- Manage mail, correspondence, timecards, and office supplies
- Ensure facility safety certifications, drills, and ADA compliance are current
- Process payments and complete required billing and authorization documentation
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of related office experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
